Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
- If the item is not as described and the buyer didn’t open the item we accept a return and refund
- If the item has any manufacturing issue
- If we fail to ship the item due to an uncontrolled case ( Covid -19)
- If the item is not as described and the buyer prefers to keep the item
- If the item was shipped using the economy shipping method of the free shipping service and returned to Jordan, due to an incorrect address, or rejected items and we will refund 75% of the item price after we successfully receive the item.
- If the item was shipped using the Courier shipping method and returned to Jordan, due to an incorrect address, rejected items, or Customs issue, we will not refund the payment because the courier destroys the parcels and doesn’t return them to us
- If the buyer changed his mind and wants to cancel the order after we ship we will refund 75% after the item returned is to us. ( shipping item back fees are the buyer’s responsibility).
- If the item was lost during shipping because of an incorrect address.
- If the item was lost during shipping because of incorrect information such as name or Phone Number.
- If the item is lost because of unpaid taxes or destroyed by customs due to unpaid customs fees or unpaid taxes.
- If the buyer returned the item due to ( not as described ) and we find it as described
- if the item was shipped Via courier and returned to Jordan because of incorrect information or unpaid customs fees, or unclaimed item, (courier destroys all returned items )
