How long will a bowl of hookah last when smoking?
How long your hookah session will last depends on many variables including the amount of tobacco used, pack method, hookah bowl material, and style as well as the type and amount of hookah charcoal. Usually, 20g of shisha tobacco using 2-3 natural coconut charcoal cubes will produce an hour long session. If your shisha is still producing smoke and flavor, you can add more coals. Quick lighting charcoal may be shorter.
What is the best way to store hookah tobacco or herbal shisha?
Shisha tobacco and herbal shisha should be stored in an airtight container like a Ziploc bag, Tupperware or glass jar in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. If stored correctly, hookah shisha can retain freshness and quality for at least one year.
What is Hookah?
Hookah is a combination of tobacco and a blending agent like honey, glycerin, or molasses and flavorings like fruit or other juices. There are two main types of flavored tobacco in blonde or washed shisha and a dark leaf or unwashed tobacco. Blonde tobacco is suggested for people new to hookah or those that like a lighter smoke and less nicotine. This hookah is washed before flavoring and additives are combined lessening the nicotine and creating a less harsh smoke. Dark tobacco, on the other hand, is unwashed usually burley tobacco that brings a more harsh smoke and larger nicotine content. Expect each flavor to have hints of the taste of tobacco. Suggested for hookah enthusiasts or those that have already built a nicotine tolerance. Hookah shisha tobacco is also known as waterpipe tobacco, nargile, or argileh and is heated with coals on top of a hookah pipe.

The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a tobacco you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

What are import duties?
Due to some import/export restrictions in some countries, the description of some item(s) may be abridged or vary slightly on the invoice from that on the website. But you will receive the exact item you order as shown on the website regardless of the item description details in the paperwork attached to your shipment.
Additionally, hookah-sense.com sells the products and ships to the destination country of the customer’s choice. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover any import/customs duties and deal with import clearance procedures and regulations at his/her destination country. Hookah-sense.com will not be liable for any such duties, fees, or additional costs due to the rejection/delay/levies due to the import regulations of his/her destination country. If for any reason the merchandise is undelivered, and/or rejected and returned to origin, we will give back store credit to the customer on returned goods received in good condition less shipping, taxes, and costs incurred plus a 25% restocking fee.
How to return an item?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for some reason you are unhappy with your product, you may request to return it for store credit within 7 calendar days from receiving the shipment. Please email us your return request at sales@hookah-sense.com with a little note explaining the reason you were dissatisfied with the product. After receiving a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from us, we will ask you to ship the product back with the RMA number marked on the outside package. After we receive the product and make sure that it is in its unused condition we will issue you store credit, which you can use anytime within 12 months from the sale date in our store. We do not however reimburse or credit you for shipping charges. All returned items must be in their original state, without blemishes or scratches or showing signs of wear and tear. Molasses products, for customs reasons, cannot be returned.
If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to notify us via email within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. Any exchange requests received after 3 days of delivery of the said product(s) will not be honored. The same procedure as returned merchandise above applies.
Please send us an email to sales@hookh-sense.com with your order number in the subject title followed by the word “Return”. Please state clearly in the email your reasons for the return and whether you’d like a store credit or exchange, and for which product. Exchanges are usually processed and dispatched within a few days of receiving the goods back.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same price or lower price than the original item (if lower, we will credit you for the difference less shipping charges for the original sale and shipping the new product as we currently do not offer a free returns service).
Are the prices include taxes and import duties?
YOUR ORDER DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY CUSTOMS FEES AT THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO CLEAR HIS/HER ORDER THROUGH CUSTOMS, SATISFY IMPORT REQUIREMENTS AND PAY ANY RESULTING DUTIES OR OFFICIAL FEES OF ANY KIND, IF ANY, AS A RESULT OF HIS/HER ORDER.
How are shipping costs calculated?
